Bartek Kramza doubles at Schumacher Dart Cup Rd3

Round 3 of the Schumacher Dart Cup was held this past weekend at the RC Track, about 50km from Warsaw. For the third round the double jumps had been changed, creating a very difficult section. The first day of the competition was sunny and hot with the weather allowing to make maximum use the high grip of the astroturf surface. In the evening a lot of rain fell, so on the second day, racers with dirt racing experience had an advantage due to the grip being a lot lower. It was a great pleasure to watch the 4WD vehicles powerslide through the morning practice, however the track dried up completely until the finals. Bartek Kramza TQ’ed and won both the 2WD and 4WD classes with Iwo Czarnecki coming in 2nd in 2WD and David Krizak rounded out the top 3.

Mike Bellotti wins at Saturday Money Race

The Mills Pond RC Speedway Saturday Money Race was held this past weekend and after two quick qualifiers it was Mike Bellotti II in the TQ spot in Pro E-Buggy. The start of the main went very well for the pole sitter with Mike getting out to a slight lead at the start. Bellotti made a small bottle at one point and that allowed young Alex Mac to get in the mix. He stayed out front of Mike for a good while, the whole time Bellotti remained pretty close until unfortunately Alex had some bad luck in the mechanical department, causing him to finish the race a little early. At this point Mike Bellotti could basically turn the cruise control on and coast his way to the win. Jesus Diaz came in 2nd in Pro E-Buggy as Rob Romano rounded out the top 3 results.

T-Works large surface M4 wheel nuts

T-Works have introduced their new large surface M4 wheel nuts with serrated back section. The fasteners are machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and their design with an increased diameter, that acts like an additional shim, ensures improved wheel fitment on the hub as the rims are less prone to wobble during hard cornering or when running on high-bite surfaces. The non-directional serration on the back side ensures the nuts stay on place and will not coming loose during normal operation. The wheels nuts come in packs of four, in the five colours of light blue, black, red, orange and gun metal and they are usable with a wide range of on-road and off-road rims.
