In the finals the Top 3 would lined up on the podium as how they qualified. 2WD went down to A3, which was duly won by Rivkin from 6th on the grid giving him 4th overall. Making his first appearance in the indoor carpet track series at the season finale in Daun, the factory Schumacher backed up his domination of qualifying yesterday to win the 2WD final today by winning the opening two A-Mains. With the majority of America’s Pro Offroad team drivers in action at the TNR Fuels A-Main Challenge at Thunder Alley RC Raceway over the weekend, it was Spencer Rivkin who the big win. In 1:8 Nitro Buggy Qualifying it was HB Racing’s Cole Ogden who claimed the TQ on a tie breaker with Rivkin, each counting a TQ and 2nd fastest run from the three qualifiers.
