JConcepts B74 floating servo mount post

JConcepts have introduced a new aluminium option part for the Team Associated B74 buggy in the form of a floating servo mount post. Durability in the chassis assembly is crucial to a proper handling vehicle. The JConcepts floating servo mount post is machined in high-grade aluminium and anodised blue for top-notch looks. The servo mount post aligns on the outside and attaches to the outer tabs of the servo using the stock hardware. The rigid assembly and lightweight construction of the post is a perfect complement to the B74. The assembly can be topped off with the stock servo plate or the optional JConcepts hanging servo mount plate.

Leadfinger Racing TLR 22X-4 body – Coming soon

Leadfinger Racing have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming new body shell for the TLR 22X-4 1/10th scale buggy. The lid will feature many of the company’s signature features, such as an added roof vent for improved electronics cooling and the traditional LFR swoop that disburses airflow to the wing. Full details will be unveiled in time of the release.

Arena RC A800 carbon fibre tool set

Coming from Arena RC Racing and made for Awesomatix’s A800 series of touring cars is a carbon fibre tool set. It includes four precision-machined carbon fibre tools that allow for easy building, setup and maintenance of the car’s unique shock absorbers as well as the gear differential. The tools fit all A800 series touring cars and the set is available from now on.

VP Pro Gripz Evo 1/8th buggy tyre

VP-Pro have introduced their latest 1/8th scale buggy tyre, the Gripz Evo. The mini square pin tyre works on nearly every track surface, from damp or muddy loam to dry and dusty hard-packed blue groove. The light weight tyre excels especially in qualifying when speed and agility is the main target with the small and evenly spaced lugs allowing to cut through dust, clean out in wet conditions, and skim over bumps and ruts without causing traction rolling like larger pin tyres. The tyre is available in VP-Pro’s new series of rubber compounds that includes five rubbers for every track condition and weather.

Yokomo YD-2 graphite bumper braces & steering stoppers

Yokomo have announced the release of new option parts for the YD-2 RWD drift car in the form of a graphite bumper brace set and aluminium steering stoppers. As for the bumper brace kit, the set includes lightweight carbon fibre parts that will lower the front end weight, shifting weight balance more towards the rear for improved rear traction. The upper and lower braces come precision-machined from high-quality carbon fibre, they include aluminium posts and mounting hardware and are a drop fit. Also new are 3mm diameter steering stoppers for the YD-2. Machined from high-quality aluminium the posts will limit steering throw for a more predictable steering action. They feature a hard-anodised surface finish and are a direct fit to the steering knuckles of the YD-2.

Maclan Racing V2m 4.5DR no-prep drag motor

Coming from Maclan Racing is their first no-prep drag racing motor, the V2m 4.5DR. The competition-grade electric brushless motor has been hand-assembled utilising Maclan Racing’s ultra high torque Black rotor for optimised acceleration and aluminium can screws for highest possible RPM. Each motor is also custom-shimmed to be ready to go right out of the box.

1up Racing have introduced their new Elevate Series Pro Car Stand for 1/10th and 1/8th scale on-road vehicles. It pairs the popular 1up Racing Pro Car Stand with beautiful carbon fibre, instantly elevating the look of any pit. Each Elevate Series Pro Car Stand is assembled by hand at 1up Racing’s headquarters in Orange County, California and it uses carbon fibre parts made in house at RC Maker in Australia with locally manufactured material. Pro Car Stands are moulded from extremely dense and durable foam material designed to hold up to years of abuse and they are tested and proven to be resistant to spilled tyre additive and nitro fuel. The car stand measures 90x210x25mm with the top surface being 80x200mm in size.
