Exotek DR10 HD bulkhead & titanium CVA axles

Coming from Exotek are two optional parts for the Team Associated DR10 in the form of a HD front bulkhead and titanium rear CVA axles. Starting with the front bulkhead, the arm mount is machined from high-quality 7075 aluminium and it comes blue anodised for looks and surface protection. The construction improves overall stability of the front suspension and it utilises grub screws to hold the suspension hinge pins in place. The part fits the DR10, DB10, B5 and similar platform Team Associated cars.

Vigor T4F’21 multi-use rear shock tower

Vigor have introduced their new multi-use rear carbon fibre shock tower for the Xray T4F’21. The design with two additional rear body mount locations allows to move the horizontal rear body mount position up and down to fine-tune body rake and ground clearance while also accepting vertical body mounts for those who favour this “old school” kind of attaching the body. The rear shock tower is machined from high-quality carbon fibre and it is understood to match the kit suspension geometry.

New from TSP-Racing is the Speedcoat ceramic lubricant for ball races, ball ends, gears, joints and many other applications. The white dry lube is free of resin, acids, oils, greases, and silicones but uses microscopic ceramic particles for excellent penetrating properties making the lube ideal for all hard-to-reach places. The ceramic particles sit in an alcohol-based solution that evaporates quickly after being applied on metal, plastics or many other material used in RC modelling, leaving an ultra-thin coat that ensures ultra-smooth movement. Shepherd welcome back Flavio Elias

Shepherd have announced the return of South American nitro on-road front runner, Flavio Elias to their team. Back in 2015 the polite Brazilian managed to claim the South American Championship as well as a 4th place at the IFMAR World Championship together with Shepherd and now the cooperation has been renewed. Due to the worldwide Corona virus pandemic Flavio plans to attend only regional and national races in 2020 with the main goal being the Worlds in Japan in 2021.  Flavio had the following to say about the deal:

Yeah Racing TRX-6 metal middle axle cover

Coming from Yeah Racing and made for the Traxxas TRX-6 6×6 trail truck is a metal middle axle cover. A replacement for the standard part the optional metal construction will add durability and stability to the highly stressed drivetrain area, especially when running higher power motors. The black coated cover is a direct replacement and available from now on.

Yokomo tease YZ-4SF2 4WD buggy

Yokomo’s Shin Adachi has released a first image of the company’s forthcoming new YZ-4SF2 1/10th scale 4WD buggy. Expected to consist of 80 percent of new or redesigned parts, the buggy will see some major updates but for now, only the above “body on” image is available. ETS, EOS & ENS announce revised 2020 schedules

With the Corona virus situation impacting racing around the world, many planned events have had to be cancelled or postponed. After carefully monitoring the situation throughout Europe, and talking to host venues and government officials in various countries, the organisers of the ETS, EOS and ENS championships have been able to put together a revised schedule of races for the rest of 2020. Of course, these still do remain provisional as the rules and restrictions change on a regular basis and any further updates will be communicated to racers closer to each event date.

Kyosho Ultima 2WD rear tuning spring set

Kyosho have announced the soon release of a new tuning rear shock spring set for the Ultima 2WD vintage re-release buggy. The set includes colour-coded MM medium and MH hard springs that allow to adjust overall suspension hardness to the existing track conditions. The springs fit the Ultima 2WD and also the Optima and Turbo Optima 4WD buggies.
