EOS adds Warsaw Moto Show to Season #6 calendar

The Euro Offroad Series is excited to announce the addition of a new high profile event to the calendar with Warsaw Moto Show in Poland the venue for the second round of the 1:10 electric offroad indoor championship. Having already confirmed the sixth season of the EOS will again kick off at the Nurburgring, Germany, in September on the same weekend as the famous circuit hosts the full size Blancpain GT Championship, the Polish round will take place on November 18-20.

Darren Lord wins GCRC Raceway Series

GCRC Raceway, a purpose built indoor clay 1/10th race track in Australia would host a 13 round race series. Panther team driver Darren Lord took the series by storm in the 4WD Pro SC division. Eleven TQs and twelve 1st place finishes secured Darren the hard fought title.

Tekno RC SCT410 4×4 SC truck

Tekno RC have announced the newest addition to their stable of RC vehicles, the SCT410 1/10th 4×4 Short Course Truck. The SCT410 shares many parts with the EB48 1/8th Electric Buggy, so you know it will be able to carve up the track and take a beating. There are many new parts on the SCT to keep weight to a minimum, including new narrower arms, lighter steering blocks, spindle carriers, rear hubs and an all new lightweight drivetrain. Add some sturdy adjustable body mounts and a front/rear bumper system and you have the SCT that everyone has been waiting for. true 1/8th scale roots with 1/10th scale weight and agility. Standard 12mm hex wheels will bolt right on (SCTE offset) and existing 7.4v SCT power systems will have no trouble pushing the SCT410 around the track. The SCT410 will be sold in race kit form and should be available in January 2013.

Team C TS4TE Team Edition kit

Team C Racing introduce the TS4TE Team Edition kit, a 4WD short course truck based on the standard TS4. The Team Edition features many option parts such as 12mm big bore shock absorbers, aluminium arm mounts, centre bulkhead carbon stiffener and anti-roll bars. The rolling chassis comes with clear lexan body shell but without tyres and becomes available soon.

Traxxas Slash 4×4 Ultimate Mike Jenkins Edition

Traxxas introduce the Mike Jenkins Edition Slash 4×4 Ultimate Ready-To-Race truck. Based on the standard all-wheel drive Slash the Ultimate Edition includes blue anodised 6061-T6 aluminium C-hubs, steering blocks, rear hub carriers and wheel nuts. Also included are adjustable front and rear anti-roll bars, optional extra-stiff swaybar wires, PTFE-coated big bore shock absorbers, a fluid-filled centre differential and an officially licensed Mike Jenkins Edition body shell. Other standard equipment included is a TQi 2.4GHz radio system with Docking Base, telemetry-ready 5-channel receiver, Velineon brushless system, 7-cell NiMH battery pack and a suitable AC charger.

Atomik Metal Mulisha 1/18th SC truck

Atomik introduce the 1/18th Metal Mulisha Brian Deegan 4×4 Short Course Truck. The officially licensed Ford Raptor is decked out with the sponsor markings of ‘The General’s’ Lucas Oil Championship ride. This little beast comes fully ready-to-run and “Powered by Venom” with an included 7.2V 1000mAh NiMH battery and charger. The truck comes with a beefy V370 brushed motor and 2-in-1 waterproof receiver and electric speed control combo. The scale looks are only topped by its performance with full-time 4-wheel drive, scale short course racing wheels and tires and real oil filled shocks. The package is finished off with an innovative antenna-less 2.4GHz radio system for trouble free.
