Xtreme Racing SCX10 carbon frame rails

Xtreme Racing have introduced a set of carbon fibre frame rails for the Axial SCX10 truck. Designed to replace the standard rails, the parts are cut from 3mm carbon fibre for strength and a little flex when needed. The chassis sports integrated shock towers and allows up to 100mm shocks with the additional shock hole locations. Frame rails also have been raised 10mm for better clearance. Included in the set come two side frame rails.

Revolution Design RP Ultra heat shield tape

New from Revolution Design Racing Products comes the Ultra heat shield tape, a special woven structure tape for the use in a variety of applications. The structure makes for ultra-high rigidity that is further upped by a foam-padded support layer. Overall the tape is nearly 1mm thick, making for exceptional protection against both heat and mechanical impacts. The extra-flexible tape is ideal to keep nitro fuel tanks from expanding due to exhaust heat, it keeps body shells from melting when applied from the inside and it also is usable to repair damaged body shells or to keep them from breaking. The tape comes in 100cm rolls and it is available now.

LRP ZR.32 & ZR.30 Spec.4 pull start off-road engines

Coming from LRP are the all-new ZR.32 Spec.4 and ZR.30 Spec.4 nitro off-road engines for 1/8th buggies and trucks. Starting with the ZR.32 Spec.4, the 5.24cc engine is based off of the popular ZR.32 and it features a completely redesigned carburettor for better efficiency and adjustability, resulting in improved idling, better throttle response and increased torque. The heavy-duty CoolDownMax cooling head also makes for upped heat dissipation even in high ambient temperatures. The 5+1 port engine comes with a reliable pull starter and it fits all .21 engine mounts.

RPM Traxxas 1/10th 2WD front bulkheads

RPM have introduced coloured front bulkheads for most Traxxas 1/10th 2WD vehicles. Made from RPM’s renown nylon blend the bulkheads are not only much stronger but also about 15 percent lighter than stock. RPM also include a handy dust plate to cover the bottom of the bulkhead on vehicles such as the Rustler, Stampede and Bandit that leave the bottom exposed. The bulkhead is a direct replacement for the stock 2530 and 2530A parts, it fits the Slash 2WD, Nitro Slash, Bandit, electric Rustler, nitro Rustler, nitro Stampede and electric Stampede 2WD and it is available in the four colours of blue, green, red and black.

Italian company Mon-Tech Racing have introduced their all-new 1/10th scale crawler bodyshell as well as foam strips for touring car bodyshells. Starting with the Mont-Rock crawler body, it is moulded from touch 1.0mm high-quality polycarbonate and it fits most 1/10th scale crawlers. It features a moulded-in roll cage, cut fenders and it comes with a decal sheet.

T-Works Optima captured 5.8mm ball ends

T-Works have introduced captured 5.8mm ball ends for Kyosho’s Optima re-release buggy. Made from high-quality spring steel and coming with a brownish surface finish the ball ends also sport a conical upper section that prevents the ball cup from popping off of the ball end under high stress or heavy loads. The ball ends are ideal for the upper camber links, the steering links and also the lower shock mounts.

T-Works have introduced new option parts for the Kyosho Optima re-release buggy in the form of rebuildable front and rear driveshafts. Making use of a common design the CV-style driveshafts can be taken apart, allowing to maintain and repair them while the construction also improves traction both at the front and the rear of the buggy.

Kyosho have introduced a set of front upper pivots for the Optima re-release buggy. Made from high-quality aluminium and coming gun metal anodised and with laser-etched markings the parts are designed to replace the standard composite brackets, making for improved durability and cooler looks. The set includes a left and a right hand pivot.
