Pro-Line pre-painted F-150 bodyshells

Pro-Line’s Ford F-150 Raptor SVT for monster trucks and the true scale 1/10th short course variant are now available in a pre-cut and pre-painted version. The monster truck body fits trucks such as the Traxxas Stampede while the SC body was designed for vehicles such as the Pro-2 SC, the Traxxas Slash and the Team Associated SC10. The bodies come with highly detailed stickers for the grilles, lights and other details.

Castle Creations Mamba Micro X brushless ESC

Castle Creation soon have the new Mamba Micro X brushless speed controller available. The waterproof speedo is suitable for 2WD or 4WD vehicles such as the Mini-LST, Half-Eight, Mini-Quake and Spyder vehicles. The controller received a heavy-duty BEC to handle today’s high-draw digital servos and also features a programmable auxiliary wire that allows the user to make “on-the-go” adjustments to several settings, such as torque control and max throttle, directly from a compatible transmitter. This allows to fine-tune the performance of the Micro X to meet changing driving conditions. New to the Micro X is the ability to run sensored brushless motors with the purchase of an optional sensor harness. The Micro X is cable of running on 2S up to 3S LiPo power with a highly-efficient heat sink design to keep the controller running cool, even when pushing it hard in mud, sand and other heavy power applications. The ESC is available as controller only or as controller plus motor combo.

Samix SCX-10 front & rear aluminium shock plates

Samix more option parts for the Axial SCX-10 1/10th truck available in the form of aluminium front and rear shock mounting plates. Machined from high-quality material and coming in the four colours of green, black, gun metal and silver the parts offer 15 shock mounting positions each, allowing for more complex setup that the stock parts. On top of that the plates, that also act as a mounting point for the body stays, improve the durability and they add some visual impact to the car.

ECX Temper 1/18th 4WD rock crawler

Horizon Hobby have introduced the ECX Temper 1/18th scale 4WD RTR rock crawler. Featuring a 4-link setup the vehicle is basically a scaled-down 1/10th scale model and it sports a 2mm alloy chassis, locked front and rear differentials, metal pinion and main gear, waterproof electronics and a high-torque motor. Also included are a pre-designed bodyshell, grippy tyres, a 900mAh NiMH battery pack and a suitable charger along a 2.4GHz radio set.

STRC blue anodised Axial Yeti options

STRC’s popular line of Axial Yeti option parts is expanded with a second wave of option parts available in the new blue anodising. Featuring shock components like precision CNC machined shock collars, shock caps, and shock spring retainers there are also the CNC machined aluminium 4-link mounts, front bumper skid plate drive shaft reinforcement cups, rear upper shock mounting plates and HD lower shock mounts available. All parts are machined from high-quality aluminium and they come anodised in a special blue tone.

Sweep Racing SRC Revo-series pre-mounted tyres

Sweep Racing have introduced their new SRC brand which sets a focus on bashers and fun racers. Developed with Sweep Racing’s R&D facility in California the tyres combine racing technology with go everywhere ability and thus both the Road Crusher on-road and Terrain Crusher off-road tyre feature a reinforcing inner belt that prevents the tyres from ballooning under aggressive acceleration and under high speeds. Both tyres come in a unique rubber compound for high grip and exceptional durability and they are pre-glued to newly developed spoke rims that are a direct fit on the Traxxas Revo series trucks. The tyres offer a diameter of 147mm and a width of 80mm and they come on black, silver, bronze or black chrome rims.

Samix SCX10 4-link servo plate

Samix have a 4-link servo plate for the Axial SCX10 truck available. Coming machined from aluminium and available in the four colours of black, green, silver and gun metal the plate offers increased adjustability and improved looks with chamfered edges and a laser-etched Samix logo.
