ST Racing Concepts now have a range of Axial Yeti aluminium option parts available in blue anodising. The series includes a HD front shock tower, steering knuckles, C-hubs, steering brace and a HD diff cover all of which come in a blue colour and with laser-etched markings. All parts are direct replacements for the stock items and they not only look the part but also improve durability and performance.

Coming from JConcepts and made for the Axial Yeti equipped with 2.2″ tyres are the new 2.2″ Axial Yeti 12mm glue-on wheels. The 8-spoke 1-piece wheel is a smooth design, incorporating a triangle type cut-out of spokes around the centre for heavy street appeal. The design leaves the natural colour of the wheel showing inside the spokes which adds a touch of mystery and depth. In-between the spoke design rests the dividing sections which break up the pattern adding a bit of bite to the overall design. The entire face of the wheel has been plated with a silver coating which gives the Yeti owner a little more luxurious look to match-up to a variety of imaginary looks. Each package contains four wheels, 12mm plastic hexes, wheel adaptors to give the user a front and rear wheel offset and hardware to make the installation complete. The adaptors attach with the included eight, 2.5x8mm screws to provide beefy security. In addition, each wheel includes a solid and open centre cap which are attached with the included eight, 2.5x6mm socket head cap screws.

Pro-Line have introduced the Jeep Comanche full bed 12.3″ rock crawler body for 1/10th scale and crawler rigs with 12.3″ wheelbase. This body is constructed out of a single piece of high-quality Lexan, doing away with the need of handling multiple body pieces. Included comes a comprehensive decal sheet containing grille and light details among others.

The ROAR Nationals winning vehicle comes factory assembled and includes a powerful 3300kv sensorless brushless motor, a water-resistant speed controller and the XP 2.4GHZ radio system for glitch-free operation. Chassis-wise the T4.2 has a tough gearbox with sealed gear differential, V2 coil-over shock absorbers and a widely adjustable suspension to offer. The kit is rounded out by grippy truck tyres and your choice of two bodyshell designs.

Losi’s 1/14th scale Mini 8ight RTR buggy is now also available with Active Vehicle Control technology. Based on the design of the ROAR National Championship winning 8ight buggy the condensed Mini 8ight offers a 2.5mm hard anodised aluminium chassis, sturdy suspension components, oil-filled aluminium shock absorbers as well as front and rear metal gear differentials. The factory-installed 4500kv brushless motor and LiPo-compatible Dynamite speed controller give plenty of speed while the new AVC system helps to keep the buggy under control even in the most severe situations. The buggy is available in two different designs and the package is rounded out by a genuine Spektrum DX2E radio system, a 6-cell NiMH battery and a suitable wall charger.

Traxxas have upgraded VXL Brushless RTR kits available such as the Bandit 1/10th 2WD buggy and the Stampede 2WD truck. Both are proven platforms and around for some time and they feature powerful brushless systems, capable of propelling the cars to speeds of more than 110km/h, they include TQi 2.4GHz radio systems, 7-cell NiMH battery packs and suitable chargers. New to both kits is the Traxxas Stability Management that helps providing straight ahead full-throttle acceleration on slippery surfaces, without fishtailing, spinouts, and loss of control. High speed cornering and control is also made possible as TSM makes corrections in the background, without intruding on fun, or creating unexpected side effects. Axial have a range of new parts for the Yeti XL and SCX10 off-road vehicles available. First up is the 3.8 Falken Wildpeak M/T all terrain tyre that will offer tons of traction on many surfaces, even with its rather conservative pattern. It comes as pairs in sticky R35 compound, including foam inserts and the tyre fits the Yeti XL off-road buggy.
