Redcat Racing Gen8 hop up parts

Redcat Racing have introduced new option parts for their Gen8 scale crawler. The range includes CNC-machined aluminium optionals such as the centre skid plate, transmission case housing and gear cover set as well as the transfer case housing set. All are direct replacements for the original parts, adding strength, heat dissipation capabilities and not to mention looks. The sets include all needed hardware to make them a direct fit. Another heavy duty optional are the steel splined CV front and rear driveshafts that add strength and durability. Last but not least come a clear body shell to personalise the visual appearance while an aluminium grill set adds scale realism. The grille is machined from high-quality aluminium, it comes in a natural silver finish and includes mounting hardware.

Losi 22S Kicker & Magnaflow RTR SC trucks

Losi have introduced two new body shell design variants of their 22S 1/10th 2WD ready-to-run short course truck. The Losi 22S SCT RTR is the perfect vehicle for new RC enthusiasts looking to capture the thrills of big air, blazing speeds, and responsive cornering. Based on the Team Losi Racing 22 race platform, the 22S SCT features all the fun and performance of its predecessors making it the perfect Ready-to-Run vehicle to not only maximise performance bashing in the backyard, street or park, but to be the perfect entry level race truck for your local R/C race track. The Losi engineering team applied the race-proven suspension geometry of the TLR 22SCT to the 22S SCT, giving it the handling ability needed to maximise performance everywhere. The powerful Dynamite 12T 550 brushed motor provides great torque and top speed that will keep drivers coming back for more. With officially-licensed Magnaflow and Kicker Audio trim schemes, the 22S SCT looks the part while it’s tearing up the terrain or crossing the finish line. Designed to be user-friendly, the electronics are hard mounted and the battery is loaded through the bottom of the chassis to help create a hassle-free user experience. Hobbywing introduce new large scale BL motors

Hobbywing have introduced their new EZRun 4985, 5687 and 56113 sensorless brushless motors for 1/6th and 1/5th scale vehicles. Designed for the use with the forthcoming upgraded Max6 and Max5 speed controllers the motors feature a built-in temperature sensor and port that will prevent the motors from being damaged due to overheating. The power plants utilise CNC-machined heatsink-design aluminium cans, ultra-thing silicon steel lamination, heat-resistant, double-insulated windings, as well as sturdy alloy steel pinion shafts, bonded rotors and high-quality Japan-made ball bearings.

Traxxas TRX-4 Sport Camper body

Coming for Traxxas’ TRX-4 Sport trail truck is the new Camper body shell. Designed to be a direct fit – when combined with the #8215 tall rear body posts – the body is a nice addition to the standard pick-up shell, adding numerous new design possibilities. The pre-cut and pre-trimmed body is made for 312mm wheelbases settings, it comes clear and including window masks and a detailed decal sheet.

Yeah Racing SCX10 II brass upgrade set

Yeah Racing have introduced a brass upgrade set for the popular Axial SCX10 II trail truck. The set includes parts such as C-hubs, diff covers, rear axle lock-outs as well as knuckle arms all of which are machined from high-quality brass. A polished finish makes the items stand out and using them will improve overall durability compared to the standard composite items while adding valuable weight which will greatly improve climb performance. All of the included parts are also available separately.

Samix SCX10 II short brass front bumper mount

Samix’s recently introduced short front bumper mount with adjustable servo mount is now also available in a brass variant. The part adds about 100g of weight to the front end of the truck while also relocating the steering servo to the front which as a result greatly improves climbing performance of the vehicle. Of a short design the front overhang is reduced by about 4mm, further increasing the trucks ability to master tough terrain. The brass front bumper mount comes black coated for looks and wear and it includes aluminium servo washers for tight and secure servo mounting.

Tamiya 2-piece 5-spoke wheel set

Coming from Tamiya is a new 2-piece 5-spoke wheel set for 1/10th on-road kits. Consisting of chromed 26mm wide wheels and 5-spoke inserts, the construction allow to run the rims in a +2mm or a +4mm off-set configuration, enabling modellers to simply adjust the car’s overall width without using hex adapter shims. The set includes two rims and the needed mounting hardware and the wheels are usable with most 25mm and 26mm rubber tyres.

Yeah Racing Claws 1.9” crawler tyres

Coming from Yeah Racing are their new Claws 1.9” crawler tyres. Made from a soft compound rubber and including specific foam inserts the tyres offer exceptional traction on a wide range of surface conditions. The tyres feature a 118mm outer diameter and they are usable with most 1.9” crawler and trail truck wheels.
