Mikimodel Yokomo BD Body Stopper

Mikimodel, the Yokomo distributor for Italy, has announced it is to produce its own range of special parts and optional for the Japanese manufacturer’s cars.   The first optional produced is this Body stopper for the BD12/BD11 1:10 Electric Touring Car which is also compatible with the older BD10 and BD9.  The stopper leans against the bodywork in the front part of the bodywork to prevent it from deforming due to incoming air flows.  This system therefore preserves the bodywork from deforming and losing its aerodynamic characteristics.  Equipped with an upper adjustment screw, it allows you to find the correct height with all the bodies on the market.

Leadfinger Racing A2 Tactic B6.4 Body

US offroad bodyshell producer Leadfinger Racing has introduced their new A2 Tactic body and turf wing for the Team Associated B6.4/B6.4D 1:10 Buggy.  The new body is the key component whether racing on carpet, turf or dirt.  The A2’s straight-line design and strategically built side pods provide the B6.4 with precise maneuverability.  The raised fin positioned down the centre of the body stabilises the B6.4 under full punch and high-speed passing situations.  For more level jumping and quicker landings, a perfectly sized swoop at the back of the body assists air flow over the rear tower and helps guide it to the included “Sniper” turf wing.  To ensure a safe return home after your victory, the body has been made from light weight and durable polycarbonate.  This will also protect your B6.4 for many more battles to come should you be called to serve once again.
