BRCA 4WD Onroad Nationals R2 Eastbourne – Report
For the second round of this year’s BRCA 4WD Onroad British National Championship it was down to the Eastbourne circuit near Hailsham in Southern England in some rather warm conditions. In Modified, qualifying saw defending champion, Kyle Branson with his Xray X4, take a clean sweep in qualifying taking all three rounds. Lining up behind him, with a second and third and by virtue of the tie-break, was fellow Xray runner Harley Eldridge with Schumacher’s Zak Smith in third with his Mi8. In the finals, it went as per qualifying, with Branson taking the cake, the plate and the cherry on top, by taking all three legs of the final for the overall win. Behind him it was Eldridge in the runner-up spot with three seconds and third on the podium went to Smith with three thirds.
