Yokomo BD11 Factory Team Edition Alu Chassis

Yokomo has released a new optional aluminium chassis for their BD11 Factory Edition 1:10 Electric Touring Car.  The CNC aluminium chassis is made of high quality material with additional flex spotted mainly at the rear to provide more rear traction.  Traditionally, aluminium chassis are used for high-grip surfaces such as carpet.  This chassis has a traction balance closer to the rear, making it suitable for driving on asphalt surfaces as well.  Aluminium material is also superior to graphite in terms of absorbing micro-vibrations during driving, to improve the feeling of ground contact when cornering.

Bittydesign Eptron 1:10 190mm body

Bittydesign has unveiled its newest creation, the Eptron 1:10 190mm Touring Car body.  The project was born from the desire to develop a completely different body shell from their previous models, the front, the sides, the trunk, the cockpit, the spoiler and the rear, everything has been redesigned from scratch to meet the needs of this ultra competitive category.  The Eptron allows drivers to force the pace on medium/high grip surfaces while maintaining a constant pace for all 5 minutes; the speed that the model maintains when cornering is surprising.  Over the course of several months of tests on the track, changes were made several times to the original project to be sure to offer a product that could excel in the 190mm category.  Step by step Bittydesign say they have reached an optimal level of performance and balance.  The body shell complies with all EFRA, IFMAR, ROAR, BRCA and FEMCA homologation specs, so it can be used in any National and International race.
