Olly Jefferies wins Carpet Thrashnals Rd6

Last weekend saw the 6th round of the CML Carpet Thrashnals run in Chippenham and it was Hot Bodies racer Olly Jefferies that was the man to beat on the day. In qualifying he ended up a lap ahead of Russ Williams in 2nd with Stu Noble in 3rd and Andrew Carter in 4th. In the modified A final Olly shrugged off an early challenge from Russ and disappeared off in to lead to record yet another winter victory ahead of Russ in 2nd and Tom Green in 3rd.

GRP Engines FLS Exhaust Line

GRP FLS Exhaust Line

With GRP entering the engine market with their own brand of motor, the company that has the patent on the race proven ‘Fast Link System‘ have announced the upcoming release of its new line of exhaust systems and manifolds. The new exhausts meet the most recent EFRA regulations and have been made from a new special raw material that increases the resistance to crushing in the event of an impact, is 5% lighter than the previous material and by helping to boost the pipes resonance, it also increases engine performance. The stinger has also received attention and has been machined using a special 3D CNC machining technique, which guarantees an increase in resistance to any deformation. Available currently for .21 circuit, .21 buggy and .28 truggy motors, there is also 3 lengths of circuit manifolds to choose from.

Boots wins Novarossi Winter Series Rd5

John took top spot for the final with Reece second and Mark Truslove (Losi Novarossi) in third.
