Cavalieri dominates ROAR Off Road Nats

Last weekend saw Americas best Off-road drivers come together for the 2007 ROAR Nationals run at ARCOR Raceway in Albuquerque NM. At the end of qualifying it was Associated team driver Ryan Cavalieri that took the TQ in 2wd Mod while in Modified Truck it was Mike Truhe that took the top spot and in 4wd Mod it was Jared Tebo who claimed the pole position spot. In the 2wd final it was Cavalieri who went on to win both the first two A-Mains, taking the overall, leaving Mike Truhe to come home in 2nd and Billy Fischer in 3rd. In Truck Modified it was again Cavalieri that took the win in dominating fashion beating out Mike Truhe to 2nd and Jared Tebo in 3rd. In the 4wd Mod class it was a closer battle with the final result coming down to the third A main with Cavalieri needing a win to beat Jared Tebo but once again Team Orion racer Cavalieri came through to take the race win and with it the class win to complete the modified hatrick, Jared Tebo ran home 2nd overall with Mike Truhe in 3rd.
