Raceform 1:10 Buggy | Truck Electric Tyre Gluing Jig

With 2025 a World Championship year for 1:10 Buggy, Singapore’s Raceform has released this brand-new Electric Tire Gluing Jig that is designed from the ground up to offer unparalleled ease of use, consistency, and efficiency for all 1:10 buggy and stadium truck classes. Straight out of the box, this jig is already calibrated and tested to work with official tyres for the 2025 IFMAR 1:10 Buggy World Championships which will get underway in Sydney, Australia, at the end of September. Suitable for gluing both 2WD and 4WD tyres, it is guaranteed to work with all dirt compounds. Raceform has completely reimagined the gluing process with this jig working seamlessly across all 1:10 buggy tyre types, including carpet, dirt, slim front wheels, and all front and rear tyres. Plus, it handles 1:10 stadium truck tyres without the need for any adapters. The latest gluing jig from Raceform gets an innovative Adjustable Slider Stem, a complete redesign ensuring this jig is incredibly simple to use for various wheel widths.

Mikimodel CF Aero Wing Side Plates

Italy’s Mikimodel has released these Aero Wing Side Plates for Electric Touring Car use which are cut from 1mm Carbon Fibre. They have been aerodynamically designed to offer maximum stability and increased ease of use on all commercially available spoilers. They are perfectly sized to meet international regulations and are easily applied to the side of the spoilers using double-sided tape.

1up Racing TC8 Vertical Rear Body Mount Plate

New from American RC accessories brand 1up Racing comes this Carbon Fibre Vertical Rear Body Mount Plate for the Team Associated TC8 electric touring car. If you have a body that doesn’t fit the horizontal rear kit posts, or you just prefer the ease of mounting bodies with traditional rear body posts 1up has you covered with the new mount plate that attaches to the rear bulkhead. Then, install the tall body posts that are included in your kit with the included 3×10 LowPro Titanium Screws. Spaced at 100mm apart to fit virtually any 190mm body, this option part will also provide more rear grip and stability for low grip conditions or high-speed modified class racing since it better supports the rear wing area. Mounting VTA or LMH bodies is also super easy with Vertical Rear Mounts.

XC-ESC 2250 & 2500KV Sensored Motors

Shenzhen based electronics manufacturer XC Technology has, under its XC-ESC brand, released two new sensored motors in 2250KV and 2500Kv options. The 2250EV E4268 motor has a maximum RPM of 43500 while the E4278 can rev to 60000 RPM and is perfectly match for their E8 ESC. Designed to provide millisecond-level response and precision control smooth linear acceleration, the high efficiency motor produces low temperature rise. Outstanding magnetic circuit and ultra-thin silicon steel stacking, the motors use ultra high temperature resistant enamelled wire. This means low temperature under long time high-load operation, significantly improving motor operation efficiency. IP67 rated for all weather conditions, external sealing and internal buffering protects core components of motor with a waterproof design at shaft drive end and terminals.

Power HD Large Scale WB Series servos

Power HD has released a new series of Large Scale servos with the new WB range offered in 100KG, 120KG, 150KG rated options. With maximum supported voltage of 25.2V, the range can be used in Axial 1:6 SCX6, Losi 1:6 Super Baja Rey, Losi Super Rock Rey, Arrma 1:5 Kraton RTR, Arrma 1:5 Kraton EXB, Arrma 1:5 Outcast RTR, Arrma 1:5 Outcast. They can also be used for drones. All featuring steel gears, the WB-100KG produces 100KG-cm at 8.4-volts, WB-120KG producing its top torque at 16.8V, while the WB-150KG hitting its max torque at 25.2 volts and at a maximum draw of 6 amps.

Shunsaku Tamiya – RIP

Very few, if any of us, have enjoyed the hobby of RC without being influenced by the passion & work of Shunsaku Tamiya, who it has been announced sadly passed away on the 18/7/2025 at the age of 90. As tributes from around the world are paid to Mr. S. Tamiya, Marc Rheinard among them, the passion, and the effect this industry great had on our hobby is clear to see. Red RC would like to extend our condolences to the entire Tamiya community that all came about from his vision and personality that built the brand we all love so much. For those who never had the pleasure of meeting him, Tamiya USA paid a very nice tribute to this great man.

Hotrace Napoli 1:8 Buggy Tyre

A tyre that a number of drivers tried at the Asian Buggy Championships Australia over the weekend, Hotrace has now official announced the release of their new Napoli 1:8 buggy tyre. The newest tyre from the Italian manufacturer, it is designed for indoor or high traction outdoor tracks. Compared to their established Sahara tyre, the outside pins help to have more rotation in the corners even when the track is not 100% clean and centre pins offer massive forward bite and great tire wear thanks to the connected bar and pins thicker tread. The Napoli will be available in all Hotrace compound offerings.
