Yokomo R12 C3.1 1/12th pan car kit

Yokomo introduce the latest incarnation of their 4-time JMRCA National and 2-time IFMAR World Championship winning 1/12th scale car, the R12 C3.1. The kit features the newly developed rear friction tube dampers which consist of small-sized and light weight plastic-moulded tube dampers, a system that is used up front great results for some time now. The dampers reduce roll and improve agility of the car especially on carpet surfaces while the use of thicker rear oil also helps with rear end grip on asphalt surfaces. Up front, the C3.1 inherits the proven, fully adjustable double wishbone suspension and friction dampers from the previous generation R12’s. the C3.1 will be ready for shipping by the end of July.

New Serpent Spyder & Cobra optionals

Serpent have a range of new option parts for the Spyder and Cobra line of vehicles available. Starting with the Spyder, first up is a 21 teeth top shaft for stock racing classes. The part fits all SRX-2 series buggies and trucks and it is available separately or including an adapter.

Hacker Tensoric8.2 speed controller

Available now from German company Hacker is their latest 1/8th brushless speed controller, the Tensoric8.2. Designed for the use with 2S to 6S LiXX cells, the speedo builds on the experience gained with the Tensoric8 and it features a completely redesigned and more powerful PCB power control board, a newly designed heatsink and a switched high voltage BEC system that allows to choose between 6V or 7.4V output for the use with standard or high-voltage compatible servos. All that is housed in a new fibre-reinforced case with lower aluminium heatsink. Mounting holes in the lower case make it possible to mount the speedo to the chassis or radio tray, doing away with the need to use double-sided tape which results in improved reliability. From stock the ESC comes with a software profile optimised for Hacker Skalar8 brushless motors but with the use of the optional Progbox V1 or V2 the controller can also be adapted to any other brushless motor while allowing to fine-tune the countless software parameters as well.

Tamiya TG10-Mk.2 FZ 1/10th nitro chassis kit

Tamiya have released first information on their forthcoming new 200mm nitro on-road kit, the TG10-MK.2 FZ. The car is based on a 3mm aluminium chassis with composite upper deck, it features a 4WD shaft-driven drivetrain, front pivot ball suspension and it comes with a FS-12FZ 2.1cc engine but without bodyshell. The kit will become available by end of August.

Xray T4 fully adjustable battery holder

Made for the T4 line of electric touring cars is this fully adjustable LiPo battery mount from Xray. The design allows to shift the battery forth and back and also to the left and right by 4mm in order to adjust the weight bias of the chassis. Included in the set are two L-shaped carbon fibre holders for the side balance adjustments as well as alloy mounts and adjustable posts to adjust the front-to-rear weight bias. The set is rounded out by the needed mounting hardware.

HPI Micro RS4 bronze wheel set

HPI introduce this bronze wheel set for the revitalised Micro RS4 1/18 scale cars. Spec-R P8 double joint driveshafts for T4 & Spec-R cars

Spec-R introduce a set of double joint driveshafts for the Xray T4 and the Spec-R R1, S1 and S2 kits. The driveshafts are made from high quality spring steel, they feature strong retaining clips for the cross pins and include a set of narrow inner ball bearings.

Titan Blitz body height adjusters

Team Titan introduce the updated V2 version of the Blitz bodyshell height adjusters. Usable on virtually every touring car chassis with 6mm body mounts, the latest variant of the body height adjusters features O-ring equipped adjustment nuts to securely keep the chosen height even in intense racing action. Included in the set come four threaded tubes for the body mounts, four height adjustment nuts and four rubber O-rings.
