Pro-Line SC & monster truck tires

Pro-Line introduce new pre-mounted tires for short course and monster trucks. For SC trucks that use TRX Slash or ProTrac offset wheels Pro-Line presents the M2 compound Badlands SC and Sling Shot SC tires. Both come mounted on black Renegade wheels. For the monster truck side of things PL have the Trencher X 3.8″ and the all-new Shockwave 3.8″ all terrain tires available. Both come pre-mounted on black 17mm hex F-11 rims. Last but not least come the Road Rage 2.8″ street truck tire on Stampede and Rustler compatible Desperade black wheels.

Diggity Designs DX12 transverse chassis kit

Diggity Designs introduce the DX12 transverse chassis conversion kit for the Xray X12 car. The set allows the racer to run the X12 in transverse battery configuration and locates the shock forward by .250″. The chassis also has a 3mm narrower front end. Designed for the use in 13.5T and 17.5T spec racing classes but the converted car will work in modified classes as well. Included are a new 2.5mm chassis, 2.5mm upper pod plate, 3mm tweak plate, O-ring and a long ball cup for the shock absorber.

Yeah Racing on-road droop gauge

Yeah Racing introduce this on-road droop gauge with 1mm increments. Machined from aluminium and coming in blue, purple or orange colour the gauge measures the downstop value from -3.5mm up to 9.5mm. The gauge is designed to be used with 15mm chassis support blocks that are available separately.

Yokomo BD7 option parts announced

Following the announcement of the BD7 RS touring car Yokomo introduce several new option parts for the BD7 competition kit. First up are the aeration shock caps that are designed to improve the car’s handling on bumpy tracks. The bleeder screw caps allow rebound adjustments and come including screws and new O-ring seals. Next up are 2 degree and 6 degree C-hubs to adjust the corner entry and corner exit steering characteristics. The 2 degree hubs improve the initial steering reaction and are best suited for tight tracks and also high grip surfaces where traction rolling is an issue. The 6 degree variants though improve mid and corner exit steering and are best used on tracks with high speed corners.

Roche T4 spring retainers, shock towers & servo mount

Roche have released a number of option parts for the ever popular T4. First up is these 13.5mm diameter orange anodised aluminium spring retainers which are suitable for Xray’s T4 big bore damper. Sold in a complete set of 4. Next up is a single piece aluminium floating servo mount which is mounted along the centerline of the chassis, ensuring symmetrical chassis flex and a more balanced steering response. Finally there is optional 3.5mm thick graphite front and rear CNC machined shock towers.

Yokomo BD7 RS touring chassis

Based on the competition-ready BD7 touring car chassis, but featuring injection molded composite versions of the original machined components, the BD7 RS version from Yokomo is perfectly advanced for entry-level to intermediate racers seeking a less costly alternative, yet having the same world-level racing pedigree and performance of the ﬂagship model. Compatible with both spare and option parts already available for the BD7, this is a great chassis to use as a base for those seeking to step up incrementally. The drivetrain utilizes a molded spool joint in the front, with a gear differential in the rear. Chassis, upper deck and shock tower are the same carbon graphite as the BD7.

Spec-R T4 motor mount support & driveshafts

Spec-R have released some new items for the Xray T4 starting with this aluminium motor mount support. The black anodised support bracket connects the car’s motor mount to the top deck which they claim helps to improve the car’s response. Also for the T4 are a pair of black anodised 7075 aluminium 50mm drive shafts. Super lightweight and a direct replacement part for the stock item.
