Reedy optional 13mm rotor & flat sensor wires

Reedy have released new option parts for their Sonic 540 brushless motors in the form of a 13mm rotor and universal flat sensor wires. The 13.0 x 25.3 (5.0) rotor sports a larger diameter that increases motor torque for applications such as 4WD buggies and touring cars. It is a direct replacement for the stock part. Also available are new flat sensor wires of 70mm, 110mm, 150mm, 200mm and 270mm length. They look better than the standard rubber shielded wires and allow for an extremely clean look.

Novak GTB 2 X-Drive/Ballistic BL systems

Novak release two new brushless controller and motor combos based on the GTB 2 X-Drive and the company’s Ballistic competition BL motors. The GTB 2 X-Drive is a sensor-based controller for top-level non-timing racing, and sport a low-profile heat sink, Novak’s X-Drive firmware for improved throttle feel, smooth braking and cooler running temperatures as well as build-in low-voltage protection for LiPo and LiFe battery packs. The combo sets are available with a Ballistic 8.5T or 17.5T “blinky” class sensored brushless motor.

Exotek FGX-EFX F1 chassis conversion kit

Exotek Racing introduce the EFX chassis conversion for the 3Racing FGX Formula 1 car. Included in the kit are new top and bottom chassis plates cut from 2.25mm carbon, double-layer nose section, lowered front upper/inner arm mounts and new battery holders for “shorty” and normal-size LiPo battery packs. The conversion allows for two different servo positions to adjust weight bias. Enlarged bottom cutouts for improved motor cooling while the narrowed side chassis profile makes for improved chassis roll and reduced cornering scrub. Included are also two lighweight shock ball mounts, alloy posts and quality hardware.

Airtronics TLS-01 telemetry data logger

Airtronics introduce the TLS-01 telemetry data logger to real-time display and record parameters like temperatures, speed, RPM, steering and throttle input and more. Compatible with the MT-4 2.4GHz telemetry transmitter and – with limitations – also the M11X, MX-3X, and other Airtronics FHSS3 surface systems, the data logger gives you knowledge of how the car handled and even how you drove and allows to compare data in a spreadsheet or database environment on a computer via Airtronic’s Windows-compatible interface system.

Exotek F1 Ultra F103 conversion

Exotek have introduced the F1 Ultra, the next evolution in their F1 line of chassis for the F103. Based on the hugely successful F1R, the F1ultra has been refined for the Tamiya F103 and benefits greatly from its wider track and shorter wheelbase and works equally well on foam or rubber tires. Features include link type rear pod for exceptional rear grip, optimized for use with 7.4v shorty packs, inline or laterally, for a more compact and lighter car and the bottom plate only design helps generate more steering response. This coupled with the increased rear traction creates an overall better handling car. A unicrank steering assembly gives smoother steering and a lower center of gravity at the nose to reduce traction roll.
