Motonica P8C 2 Extreme Classic chassis

The follow up to the Motonica P8C, 2009 UISP Italian Champion, the P8C 2 Extreme is designed for the highest level of competition. Updates include a new ‘Multi Frame’ chassis with PHS bending control system and a new ‘Hi-Torque’ front suspension plate with 4 adjustment points. A new suspension plate rotating on spherical supports instead of elastomer discs gives the benefit of having more precise movements.  Other improvements include new fixing clamps for the body mount that soften the hopping of the car in the curves and new stronger versions of the front and rear hub mounts. Finally the 20T and 48T kevlar pulleys are now included in the kit.

Italian company Capricorn have released these suspension pins for their Lab C02 chassis. Made from titanium, they are much lighter than the standard steel versions allowing you to put that saved weight somewhere better.

Edam Espirit battery holder set

Edam have released a new optional battery holder set for their Espirit touring car chassis. The new set includes an aluminium backboard, a battery strap, a battery frame, aluminium washers and the screws needed for the installation. This optional set helps to hold the battery tightly to prevent movement while racing and in the event of crashes.

CNC machined from high quality aluminium and anodised grey, this replacement part is much stronger and more durable than the original plastic version. Also new are a 2mm carbon fibre top deck and 2.5mm carbon fibre front body plate that helps stabilise the shell while making the mounting more secure in the event of an accident.

AS Hobby Racing in Italy have released the their 1/8th Zytech Ginetta body. Designed by Pietro Corradini, who has worked in the Ferrari Formula 1 team for 35 years, the body has been tested on the track of Cassino “Lamberto Collari” and Fiorano “Jody Scheckter” with excellent results.

Exotek have released this ultra narrow TCX-XS liPo chassis. This extra soft chassis is aggressively shaped for extra flex over the stock TCX chassis and uses US made bi-directional layup carbon fiber for maximum flex traits. The rear section has added cut outs for greater flex at the motor mount for increased rear end stability allowing you to drive into corners harder and power out faster. Great chassis to have to extend tire wear and generate maximum grip for controlled tire races.
