Roche RC have released two new bearing sets for the Yokomo BD5 / Tamiya TRF416X and TOP Photon. These complete sets contain high quality red seal ceramic bearings with the BD5/TRF416X set containing 4pcs of 10x15x4mm, 8pcs of 5x10x4mm & 2pcs of 4x8x3mm, while the Photon set contains 4pcs of 10x15x4mm & 10pcs of 5x10x4mm.

Suitable for the KM Racing HK-1 touring car they are made from high grade lightweight, yet strong, titanium and come in a set of 8. Exotek have released the EX05, a high performance multi adjustment LiPo chassis for the Tamiya TA-05 bringing you pro level design features that would rival any top touring car. The EX05 chassis is designed and tested to equalize lateral flex, meaning no more inconsistent flex problems caused by 6 large battery cut outs like in the stock chassis making for much more predictable handling. Created using 2.3mm thick USA made quasi weave carbon fibre for the top and bottom plates, it is stiff yet ultra lightweight. The chassis has also been narrowed for less chassis scrub through corners for better corner speed and handling. The set includes a CF battery strap and alloy posts as well as polished anodized steering posts, spacers, long stand offs and motor mount posts.

Litemodz were in touch to tell us that testing has begun on their latest ‘revolutionary product’, the all new constant velocity driveshaft. The benefits of this system is that it eliminates torque and speed fluctuations of the joint which currently manifests itself in wheel chatter. Theoretically by maintaining shaft speed at any given articulated angle this should potentially result in improved steering and wheel response. This CVD may be fitted to all existing model cars without modification. A release date has not been given but it is hoped to be soon.

Star Motor Engineering has released this CAD image of their new Sirio .12 Power clutch system V. The new clutch system features a ‘revolutionary’ design and way of working that increases the performance and acceleration of the engine. The new power clutch kit sports a flywheel with a new ‘flat design’ that is lighter than the previous version. All parts like the spring catch, flywheel nut and spring nut are made from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium for minimum weight, while the new clutch disk is hardened for durability. The kit will include a new red shoe made in a special and exclusive composite material. Expect it to make its debut in Houston for the 1/10th 200mm World Championship after which it should becomes available.

Capricorn RC have released a number of new items, firstly these front and rear axles for the NT1 and LAB-C01. Sporting a new wheel axle that has been lightened and machined where it meets the bearings for smoother operation, it allows the LAB-C01 to be mounted with a wheel nut in place of a screw. Sold as a complete set or as individual items. Capricorn have also released their own ultra soft 500cc fuel bottle.
Novarossi have given their 1/10th touring car INS box an update which will ship this month. The update features smaller dimensions for improved external and internal airflow, providing more power and less aerodynamic drag and comes complete with air filter and screws
