1Up Racing UltraLite 30mm High-Speed Alu Fan

1Up Racing has introduced their new UltraLite 30mm High-Speed Aluminium Fan with integrated guard and optional Brass Chassis Mount. The fan sports a short 30mm cable with basic 2-pin connector that works with many speed controls and they also include a 200mm extension cable with JR connector should you want to plug it into your receiver or hard-wire the fan.  They have cover nearly mounting solutions with included 2.5x6mm and 3x6mm screws.  The perfect compliment to the new high-speed fan, is a Brass Chassis Mount allows you to easily mount the fan to nearly any car and keeps the weight as low as possible for improved centre of gravity helping to increase stability and improve corner speed on any surface.  A channel runs under the fan to keep your wiring neat and again, as low as possible. Simply use servo tape to mount this to your chassis and use the two included button head screws to mount the fan. Rather than rigid mounts that screw to the chassis, the use of servo tape helps dampen vibrations improving the life of the fan as well.

Blitz CLA 1:10 Touring Car Body

Blitz has released a new 1:10 touring car body with the CLA being the latest addition to its line-up.  A fundamental feature of the CLA design is the air channel that’s designed to direct airflow along the centre of the body – from the roof to the rear trunk.  This helps to increase stability especially when traveling through high-speed sections of the track. However, in lower-speed corners, it allows the body not to bog down and thereby increasing corner speed.  In addition, the CLA’s rear wing tower moves the location more outside to align with the body tower, it will reinforce the rear wing mount and minimize flex in this critical area, especially on the light version of this body.  The CLA body design complied with IFMAR GBS rules. It has also been homologated by EFRA with approval number EFRA 4087.  CLA body is available in both standard 0.7mm and light weight 0.5mm versions and comes with a light decal, window mask and wing mounting screw set.

RC Maker Aligned Droop Blocks

RC Maker has introduced another staple to their line of setup tools with these Aligned Droop Blocks for 1:10 Onroad.  Taking everything they didn’t like about conventional droop blocks, they have created the ultimate pair of droop blocks for your pit table!  The unique shape of the blocks means that the contact patch of the blocks to your setup board and chassis is minimal, preventing imperfections in each surface from effecting your droop reading.  One major feature of these droop blocks is the ability to fix the distance between them, and keep them square to each-other!  When you place normal droop blocks down, they’re always in a different spot and always on some angle and not square to the chassis.  The Aligned droop blocks fix this problem, you can set the distance of the blocks and tighten the set screw on the blocks along the included titanium coated shaft. This keeps them in the same position all day, ensuring you can repeatedly put your droop blocks in the same position on the car and make sure they’re square to each-other.  When done for the day, loosen the set screws and disassemble down flat.  The droop blocks are machined from U.S Grade 7075 Alloy, and are extremely lightweight and strong.  They feature black anodising with silver chamfered edges, as well as a laser engraved RC Maker logo.
