Klinik RC ‘Racetec’ Compression Gauge

Klinik RC has through its Racetec brand released this nitro engine compression gauge. The digital gauge makes checking the health of your engines a breeze. Check the health of your engines in or out of the car quickly and easily, document your engines wear and find potential problems with reliability or performance in seconds. Compression is a basic test of any engine from the car you drive to atv’s and now in RC engines. The compression gauge will fit any RC engine with a turbo style glow plug. The gauge requires 2x AAA batteries.

Infinity launch ‘Fam1ly’ App

Infinity has released their own app called ‘Fam1ly’ which offers 8 useful tools that will help you during your racing sessions. These include Sensor tool, a tool with which you can measure the Camber and Caster angle of your car in the quickest way possible. Fuel calculator, it will tell you the runtime of your engine, a must-have tool for a racer. It will also let you save your runs and make an average calculation between them. Tyre consumption, this tool is used to calculate the lifetime of the tires for the IF18 and the IF15 cars. As with the Fuel calculator tool, you can save your runs and make an average calculation between 2 or more runs. Oil converter, ever been in a situation where you want a specific gradation of oil but you don’t have it available? This tool can tell you exactly how much oil to use to produce the desired oil density. Stopwatch: this is more than a normal stopwatch. When you save a run you can watch it in details, check the fastest lap, average lap, consistency, and much more… You can also race with the “Ghost” of that run. Gear ratio tool, this will help you to calculate the gear ratio of your car. Notes, a note taking tool to write down everything you need. Setup database, from this tool you can download an editable blank setup sheet of your car, edit it and then upload it on the app to always have all your setups in a single place. The App is already available for download on digital stores and a barcode to register your account is available and free of charge for all Infinity customers.

1up Racing Forged Carbon Fibre Pit Board

1up Racing has released this Forged Carbon Fibre Pit Board. At 390mm x 490mm it is the perfect size to work on just about everything with Ryan Cavalieri loving it for his 1:8 Buggies and Truggies. It’s perfect for Joe Pillars’ 1:10 Buggies and Randy Caster’s Touring Cars. At 5mm thick the Forged Carbon Fibre Pit Board is rigid and won’t sag or conform to uneven surfaces even with heavy cars. It features rounded corners and is finished with chamfers on top & bottom so there are no sharp edges and is topped off with a bright white 1up logo. Forged Carbon Fibre sheets typically have a lot of surface variations but 1up were able to identify the source of the issue and worked hard with their carbon fibre professionals to make 1up Pit Boards as flat as possible. Our production boards are the result of over a year and a half of testing multiple samples and while the surface may still show some variations, they are small and won’t affect getting a properly set up car. Rêve D ‘RDX’ Drift Car Kit

Rêve D’s has announced that their first original RWD drift car kit “RDX” will finally will be released at the end of November. The “RDX”, which achieves consistently high control performance and powerful driving regardless of skill, road surface conditions, or course layout, uses lightweight and highly rigid graphite composite resin parts that are both easy to assemble and difficult to break. By making the arms and tie rods fixed, even users who are making RC cars for the first time can completely reproduce the optimum alignment for drift driving just by assembling according to the instruction manual without any difficult adjustments. The battery can be equipped with short batteries (horizontal / vertical / thin / thick), long batteries and almost all batteries currently on sale for 1:10 scale drift category.

BrunoRC BR1-X4 servo gets 4xWorld Champion restyle

To celebrate the huge success of the servo at the recent ISTC World Championships in Italy, including Bruno Coelho’s successful title defence, BrunoRC has given its BR1-X4 servo a restyle. Launched 1 year ago to coincide with the release of Xray’s new X4 platform, the servo, which is specifically developed to directly fit the X4, statistically was one of the most used servos during the World Championship, being the top choice 16% of the time. T-works is the latest company to add storage/transport solutions to its product offering with this compact hard case. Measuring 14cm square and 8cm deep, the case can be used as a parts or engine bag but is also offered with a specific insert for housing the M6D and M9 chargers from ToolkitRC.
