FlySky FS-G11P Firmware Update

Launching its FS-G11P transmitter earlier this year, Chinese radio manufacturer FlySky has just released what they are calling a revolution firmware update. The update will give the radio the following new features like the Lock Screen Settings that you can customise the transmitter behaviour when locked. The Trainer System is now supported via 3.5mm DSC port while Head Tracking is enabled through DSC interface, it now also possible to configure the DSC Settings. In Quick Settings you can assign shortcuts to K1~K7 keys. The Channel Monitor give Real-time channel data visualisation. The Channel Count Definition allows you to choose from 2 to 11 channels and in RF Settings you can Toggle internal/external RF modules. The Competition Mode instantly disable alerts for competition use while enhanced alerts gets customisable low signal and telemetry loss warnings. FRM303 Module Support has added protocol, response speed, and signal strength settings. The FS-G11P firmware update is available to download from the FlySky website here

Power HD 1025PH Micro Servo

Servo manufacturer Power HD has released this new micro servo which is suitable for 1:24-scale mini drift and micro touring cars. Also a good fit for micro 3D helis as well as indoor foamies and lightweight gliders, 1025PH weighs only 4.8 grams but provides 1.5kg·cm of torque and at 0.07s speed. Featuring a metal gears it measures 17.2 x 9.0 x 18.7 mm.

Roche P10W Pro10 Side Dampers

Roche has released a new design side damper for their P10W Pro10 series chassis. The new side damper is updated to two silicone o-rings on two sides of damper to protect against oil leakage and better support the shock shaft. This results in less wobble of shock shaft when moving and conflict on piston and shock inner body. With the new design damper oil assemble is more simple and makes for more precise oil pressure setup and avoiding left and right damper imbalance issues that effect the car steering performance. Quick side spring tension adjustment can be made using a 1.5mm hex tool.

MR33 MTC-3 3D Aero Front Bumper

New from Marc Rheinard’s MR33 brand comes this 3D Aero front bumper for the Mugen Seiki MTC-3 1:10 Electric Touring Car. Very flexible, which provides additional protection in the event of a crash, in on track performance it is very stable and its shape also ensures that the negative pressure under the front of the vehicle is reduced. As a result, the front axle of the car is pressed less “upwards” and the car remains more direct even at high speeds and has a better position on the racetrack. Approximately 6 grams it has the same weight as the foam bumper from the kit. Slightly longer than the original, this means less foam is required in the body for bodies mounted far forward.
