Volante introduce new Formula tyre rubber compounds

Volante have announced the release of new rubber compound variations for their popular 1/10th scale formula tyres. The front tyres will become available in a new yellow dot soft compound, the softest front tyre yet, making it a total of five different soft to hard compounds for the front. The rears will see the addition of the new white dot Revolution soft compound which is understood to be the softest available, ranging under the hyper soft double pink rubber. All come as pairs, pre-glued on large diameter black multi-spoke rims.

BMT adjustable buggy & GT clutch

Coming from BMT is their all-new adjustable clutch for 1/8th buggies and shaft-driven GT cars. The set includes a universal 34mm flywheel, four clutch shoes and a specially developed spring that helps to extract the best possible performance both in off-road and on-road vehicles. T-Works BD9 adjustable battery holder

Coming from T-Works and made for the Yokomo BD9 touring car is an adjustable battery holder. The set includes carbon fibre mounting brackets and hold downs as well as alloy mounts as well as black anodised aluminium and gold-colour steel hardware. The design of the battery holder allows to adjust the car’s weight bias within certain limits while doing away with the need to use battery tape thanks to the floating battery mounts, ensuring easier battery swaps and more natural chassis flex.

Xray T4 orange composite spur gears

Xray have announced the release of their new orange colour 48 pitch and 64 pitch spur gears for their T4 range of touring cars. Moulded from a special hard composite material the strategically lightened gears are of a very low weight without compromising strength or durability. The gears are available as 84T 48 pitch or 96T, 100T and 110T 64 pitch variant.

Muchmore Fleta ZX V2 ER Spec torque up motor

Muchmore have announced the release of their new Fleta TX V2 ER Spec torque up stock motors. They build on the popular ER Spec motors but come equipped with the MR-FZR21Z 12.5×7.25×24.2mm “Z” rotor for increased torque which comes in handy especially in 1/10th buggy blinky classes. The motor is available in a 13.5T and 17.5T variant for the most popular stock classes.

Arrowmax tyre & battery warmer

Coming from Arrowmax is a compact tyre and battery warmer. The device utilises a compact control unit for easy storage and less pit space needed with the warmer cups being of Arrowmax’s signature black and golden design. They connect to the front side of the case, ensuring easy organisation of the wires. The control unit is equipped with an XT60 connector, allowing to power the tyre warmer using a 13.8V power supply or a 3S LiPo battery. Built-in sensors ensure precise temperature control, independently for the front and rear tyres, and the warmer not only is usable as a tyre warmer but also as a battery warmer using an optional warming bag. Pre-set values ensure performance enhancing and very high user safety.

A worlds first, TDK High Grip is an aggressive and tremendously grippy compound that is still safe to use thanks to not containing traditional – and highly hazardous – ingredients such as WD-40, Liquid Wrench, diesel fuel, kerosene, belt conditioner, distilled turpentine, Windex, lighter fluid, ATF, acetone, or rosin. TDK High Grip comes in a 4oz recyclable tin can with applicator swab and it is available now.

Zero Tribe BD9 mid motor conversion – Teaser
