Traxxas VR46 Fiesta ST & LaTrax VR46 Rally RTR

Traxxas have introduced their new VR46 Fiesta ST and LaTrax VR46 Rally RTR kits as part of a cooperation with Valentino Rossi, known to his fans as “The Doctor”, recognised around the world as one of the greatest MotoGP racers in history with nine Grand Prix World Championships under his belt. The 1/10th scale VR46 Fiesta ST is specially tuned with a low centre of gravity chassis and oil-filled Ultra Shocks to be agile on the track. When the pavement ends, its full-time 4WD, long-travel suspension, and rally-bred tyres dig in for ultra-fast bumper-to-bumper racing action. The powerful Titan 550 motor muscles his driver to the front of the pack and waterproof electronics allow authentic all-weather racing.

Available as standard and extra hard variant, both offer exceptional chassis and body protection, however it is understood that they differ in weight, allowing to simply fine-tune the chassis’s weight bias.

RC-Aurora mini-size V2 setup system

PPM RC Racing have introduced the new RC-Aurora V2 setup system for mini-size cars. Constructed just like larger tools for 1/10th scale vehicles the setup system allows to measure caster and toe settings, making suspension setup a lot more accurate. Include in the set are four camber angle tools, wheel adapters an a toe angle plate.

Yokomo RPXII brushless speed controller

Yokomo have introduced their all new RPXII brushless speed controller for 1/10th scale racing and drift classes. The ESC utilises the highest grade FET technology for the lowest possible internal resistance and high efficiency, giving more power and runtime while producing minimum heat. The new ATH Auto Throttle Function with simplified settings for stock classes as well as a new and efficient boost adjustment, frequency as well as individual PWM and brake frequency adjustment help to fine-tune the driving feeling as is the new voltage limit function to manage possible throttle fading during a run. The controller is housed in an aluminium case and it utilises a 30mm fan unit for best possible heat dissipation. Along with the release of the controller comes a new programming card that can store up to three kinds of setting modes to maximise the usability.

Xray NT1 low-friction drive belts

Xray have introduced new low-friction drive belts for the NT1 200mm nitro touring car. The specially-modified belts are very thing and as elastic as possible in order to reduce friction and natural drivetrain drag. The belts are available separately as 5x186mm front, 4.5x396mm side and 5.5x177mm rear variant.

Xtreme Aerodynamics Typhoon 190mm touring car body

Xtreme Aerodynamics have introduced their new Typhoon body shell for 190mm touring cars. The lid sports some unique features such as a small windshield area, sculptured fender and door areas as well as huge fins on the trunk lid – the latter will generate a lot of both structural and aerodynamic stability. The body comes clear, including window masks and a decal sheet.

Awesomatix C04AL1+1.5 alloy suspension arm

New from Awesomatix comes the C04AL1+1.5 alloy suspension arm for all A700/A800/X/Evo cars. The A-arm was specially designed for racing at venues with hard boards like it is common at most US indoor tracks as the aluminium wishbone is more rigid compared to a carbon arm. The +1.5 arm is best used in the front and in combination with the C04AL1+0.5 arm in the rear.
