Coming from Evo Workshop are two aluminium main chassis for the Mugen MRX-6 and the Serpent 977 Evo and Evo 2. The enhance balance chassis are designed to provide optimised flex and thus improved overall performance at pretty much every track condition. Both are made from high-quality Alcoa 7075-T6 material and they are direct replacements for the respective stock parts.
Yeah Racing’s aluminium essential conversion kit for the Tamiya TT-02 entry-level touring car is now also available in red colour. Machined from aluminium and coming anodised in a bright red colour the set includes a range of alloy parts to replace the respective plastic pieces in the TT-02 kit. Part of the package are front and rear lower A-arms, front steering blocks and rear 2 degree toe hubs, steering bellcranks, a steering plate and also a set of front and rear CV-design driveshafts and steel differential outdrives. Using the parts will reduce play, improving precision and thus on-track performance.

Following the introduction of the 2.25mm matte-finish carbon fibre lower deck, Samix now also released information on the respective upper deck. The top plate is cut from high-quality sheet material, it sports a matte surface finish to match Samix’s main chassis plate and it is a direct replacement for the kit’s glossy finish part.

Coming from Samix and made for Xray’s T4’17 touring car is a 2.25mm carbon fibre main chassis plate. Cut from high-quality matte-finish carbon fibre the chassis is of a near fully symmetrical design with a mirrored under-motor cut-out for equal left-to-right flex characteristics. Included with the chassis comes a black anodised add-on aluminium motor fan mount for 40mm fan units.
Highest have introduced the new high-voltage compatible D1000 servo with all-aluminium case. Capable of speeds down to 0.08s and offering a dynamic torque of 14.8kg-cm the coreless motor standard-size servo is ideal for off-road applications and a popular choice of Highest team drivers such as David Ronnefalk and Robert Batlle. Tamiya’s TRF102 1/10th formula chassis is soon also available in a Black Edition with dark anodised aluminium parts over the standard blue ones. The car is based on a carbon fibre chassis with T-bar rear suspension design for improved bump track handling compared to link-type cars, it comes with a big bore centre shock, a single roll damper and it will hit stores by February.

HRC Racing make wire protection easy with the introduction of two new Team Secret Weapon wire protection sleeves. Made from sturdy fabric material the sleeves are available in two sizes; as 13mm diameter variant for 10AWG to 16AWG power cables and in a smaller 6mm variant for servo and receiver leads. The black colour sleeves come in coils of 100cm and they not only protect wires from being cut and scuffed cut but they also add a dark and stealthy factory look without having to swap or blacken coloured wires.

Xray have introduced a dedicated aluminium pinion tool for the RX8 1/8th on-road car. The wrench helps to install and remove pinions from the XCA clutch system without harming the gears or clutchbell. Made from high-quality 7075 aluminium the tool sports a black surface treatment for wear and looks and it is usable with 17T to 19T first gear and 22T to 25T second gear pinions.
