Savöx Ryan Cavalieri Edition servos

Savöx USA have released first information on the Ryan Cavalieri Edition 1/10th and 1/8th scale servos. Available are the SB2263MG-CE (0.076s/139oz-in) low-profile and SC1258TG-CE (0.08s/166oz-in) standard-size servo for 1/10th applications as well as the SB2273SG-CE (0.095s/388oz-in) and SB2274SG-CE (0.08s/347oz-in) standard-size high-voltage servos for 1/8th buggies and trucks. All feature an optimised dead band for enhanced on-centre feel, increased holding torque and ultra-flexible black wires besides a RC signature middle section. All four servos are available now.

Hudy Car Bag for 1/12th scale pan cars

Following a variant for 1/10th touring and pan cars, Hudy now also released a dedicated 1/12th scale pan car car bag. Made from high-quality materials the padded and reinforced bag takes a single pan car for easy and secure transport and storage. A handle allows for easy handling while a rubber strap helps to securely attach the bag to Hudy’s travel bag. The zipped bag sports the well-known Hudy graphics and it is available now.

Arrowmax V3 black/golden setup boards

Arrowmax have released new black and golden variants of their popular lightweight setup boards. A new manufacturing process and relocated mounting screws make the boards lightweight, true and durable. An upper carbon fibre plate will give high rigidity while the lower polycarbonate place protects the inner honeycomb webbing while also allowing to view the extensive machining. The board is available in two sizes for 1/12th and 1/10th cars as well as in a larger variant for 1/10th and 1/8th cars and both sport Arrowmax’s popular black and golden anodising for looks and wear.

Shepherd Velox V8 WC Limited Kurzbuch Edition

Shepherd have revealed details on the Velox V8 WC Limited Kurzbuch Edition 1/8th scale nitro on-road kit. Issued to celebrate Simon’s 2015 World Championship title and five ENS wins in a row, the kit is a full replica of Simon’s car with option parts such as hard plastic suspension parts, a low friction pulley set, aluminium wheel axles, titanium pivot balls and screws, brass weights and battery plate, as well as the “team edition” reverse clutch, carbon bumper stiffener, and aluminium bearing inserts beside others. The car is limited to 100 kits and each one features laser engravings of Simon’s signature as well as the serial number. The kit with the number 001/100 already went up for auction for a good cause with the benefits being donated to the German Childhood Cancer Foundation in Heidelberg.

Coming from JConcepts are the Dirt Racing Products microfibre towels. A favourite pick of Brian “Dirt” Kinwald, JConcepts now offer a specific towel that features split microfibers, making it ideal for all sorts of cleaning purposes including tyre and wheel prepping prior to glueing. The Dirt towels enable the racer to pick up and hold more dust, dirt, and liquid than with traditional cotton, disposable cleaning towels, or even other lesser quality microfiber towels. 3DRC Awesomatix caster fingers & new fan mounts

3DRC from Germany have introduced the Awesomatix caster fingers for the A700 and A800 touring cars as well as two new fan mounts. Starting with the caster fingers, a simple bolt-on design the 3-D-printed pointers are attached to the wheel axles and when combined with Hudy’s 1/10th on-road setup system they allow for easy and precise caster adjustment on the car’s front and rear suspension. The caster fingers come in sets of four.

Teamsaxo introduce new Formula bodyshell

Asian company Teamsaxo have announced the release of their latest Formula class bodyshell. Made from clear polycarbonate and fitting most of today’s formula pan cars, the body’s design is aimed towards the use on medium to high-bite tracks and according to Teamsaxo it is tuneable in terms of downforce and aerodynamic drag to fine-tune the car’s behaviour.
