Avid’s all-new Slop Shock O-ring lube will provide nearly frictionless lubrication for shock and differential O-rings and doesn’t washout or swell from silicone shock oil. Schumacher have announced the release of a centre weight for the Atom GT12 car. Traditionally GT12 cars are underweight and the positioning of additional ballast is a great tuning aid. This new centre weight for the Atom adds 40 grams of weight straight in the centre of the car, giving a great deal of benefits to the cars performance including a lower centre of gravity and a reduced polar moment. The black anodised weight is also stronger than the kit part and makes for easier assembly.

Coming from Xenon Racing are the NovaTested high-performance 1/12th scale LiPo battery packs. Available as 7.4V 3200mAh 110C and 3.7V 8000mAh 100C pack, the batteries are of a low-profile design and tested for performance with the voltage and capacity test results written down individually. While the 1S pack is intended especially for 1/12th scale racing the 2S pack is also good for the use in 1/10th 2WD buggies and other applications.

Arrowmax have introduced their new 7.4V 5000mAh low-profile LiPo battery pack. Aimed at touring car racers the battery utilises an only 22.5mm tall hardcase to lower the car’s centre of gravity. Coming from Kyosho and made for the R4Evo 1/10th 200mm nitro touring car is the V2 aluminium upper rear bulkhead set. Using the parts makes for more rigidity of the rear end for improved traction while two different camper mount plates allow for a wider setup range. Included in the set are two new upper bulkhead halves, two carbon fibre camber plates and suitable hardware.

Yeah Racing have introduced their new Hackslider gyro unit tailor-made for drift cars. Housed in an aluminium heatsink case the gyro is usable with both standard and digital servos and it allows for easy setting changes using +3 channel transmitters or the on-board gain/sensitivity adjustment feature. Measuring 25.6×24.5x10mm and weighing in at 13.5g the compact unit is easy to install and it is available in pink, gun metal or black colour.
