Capricorn Lab C02 RS conversion kit

Capricorn have introduced the RS conversion kit for the Lab C802 nitro on-road car. RS stands for Rear Slim and the kit includes a new aluminium main chassis with RS engraving for easy identification as well as an updated rear bulkhead and arm mount whose more narrow geometry make for improved traction and side bite of the rear end.

Motiv RC 3D-printed Fan Stand

Motiv RC have introduced their new Fan Stand, a mount designed to be a guard for the exposed motor fan blades. Its more important purpose though is to give the fan a larger and flat foot print so it can easily be secured to the chassis anywhere using double sided tape. The 3D-printed unit is tailor made for the Motiv HV Super Fan but will work in conjunction with any 30×30 fan.

Serpent Eryx 4.0 touring car kit – Teaser

Coming soon from Serpent is the Eryx 4.0 electric touring car kit. The latest incarnation of the 411 platform will feature big bore shock absorbers and new shock towers, it becomes available with a 2mm aluminium or 2.25mm carbon chassis and the kit utilises a redesigned motor mount, smart mid-shaft pulley system and updated differential gears as well as an adjustable battery mount made up from carbon fibre and aluminium. The car will be on show during this weekend’s opening round of the 2015/16 ETS and more information become available soon.

Serpent have a first teaser of their forthcoming S100-LTR 200mm pan car kit available. The World GT car will feature a new centre pivot design, new adjustable steering blocks and upper arms, a redesigned chassis and top deck as well as a longer centre shock absorber. Franchise Racing have a set of Lexan body stiffeners for a range of applications available. Including four front and four rear plates the set contains enough stiffeners for two touring car bodies. The parts just need to be cut out, bend at the lines and attached using double sided tape to prevent annoying body tucks or wobbly behaviour at high speeds.

Xray have introduced a 2mm aluminium main chassis plate for the T4’16 touring car. CNC machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and coming black anodised the chassis makes for improved car control, increased steering and better traction on low, medium and high-bite surfaces. The chassis is a direct fitment on both the T4’16 and ’15.

VBC Racing Wildfire D08 touring car kit

VBC Racing have introduced the latest incarnation of the Wildfire touring car, the D08. It is based off of the successful D07, adapting most of its features although subtle revisions will make for a more versatile, more durable and even faster car. The D08 builds on a redesigned 2.25mm carbon fibre chassis with minimal cut-outs, providing totally new flex characteristics with the chassis being able to torsionally flex throughout its entire length and not just in the middle of the car, resulting in higher corner speeds and more confidence when going through the corner.
